Most electric vehicles can't be towed with wheels on the ground — spinning motors generate current and can damage the drivetrain. Every EV we move rides fully loaded on a flatbed, the way the manufacturer requires.
We know the procedures
Tow mode, transport screens, neutral workarounds on a dead 12-volt — our drivers handle Teslas, Rivians, and the rest weekly, including cars parked in tight charger stalls.
EV calls we run
- Out of charge — tow to the nearest fast charger or home
- Dead 12-volt batteries (we can often jump the 12V to get it in tow mode)
- Collision and breakdown tows to EV-certified shops
- Low-clearance EVs loaded without scraping
Where we cover
Both yards sit right on the I-5 — Castaic and Santa Clarita — so we reach Santa Clarita, Valencia, Newhall, Saugus, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch and the I-5 up to the Grapevine fast, any hour.
